In our time, we are surrounded by an epidemic that is rarely named but deeply felt—the crisis of incompletion in leadership. It stares at us in abandoned projects, broken ministries, communities, associations and businesses that once thrived but have since faltered, and leaders who began with fire only to end in burnout, scandal, or quiet resignation.

The sad reality is that in today's world, charisma often overshadows character, and beginnings are celebrated more than endings. Seminaries overflow with students, new churches spring up almost weekly, NGOs multiply, and leaders step into roles with great passion. Yet far too many never cross the finish line well. This crisis is precisely the force behind this edition of Evangelical Awareness: to speak into the hearts of Kingdom-minded believers, leaders, and community builders with a call to endure, to finish well, and to leave a legacy that glorifies God. The Apostle Paul's words in 1 Corinthians 9:24–27 echo with timeless relevance: "Run in such a way as to get the prize... I do not run like someone running aimlessly." Paul knew that finishing well is never accidental. It is intentional. It is disciplined. It is anchored in intimacy with God and a clear sense of calling.

Whether you lead a nation, Government Department, a church, a cooperative, a business, or a family, your assignment in life is not merely to start but to steward faithfully, to endure with perseverance, and to pass the baton with humility and foresight. Without a sense of divine calling, leadership easily drifts into popularity contests and short-term gains. True success lies not in the hoarding of power but in the raising and releasing of others. The future belongs to those who are willing to invest in succession, ensuring that vision outlives position.

No leader can withstand the weight of this demanding world without intimacy with God. Leadership that is not rooted in communion with Him eventually collapses under the pressures of ambition, temptation, and fatigue. Skills and charisma may open doors, but only integrity will keep them open. The true measure of leadership is not in titles, buildings, or applause, but in policies that positively impact the wellbeing of the people or lives transformed and communities strengthened by the grace of God working through us. Legacy is not found in monuments but in people shaped, discipled, and empowered to continue the mission of God's Kingdom.

This is the heartbeat of Kingdom at the Doorsteps (KiDS) - to bring the gospel holistically, contextually, practically, and powerfully into every sphere of life. Whether in the marketplace, the farm, the boardroom, or the pulpit, the Kingdom must not only be proclaimed but demonstrated, until every community experiences its transforming power.

As you read through the pages of this maiden edition of Evangelical Awareness, my prayer is that you will not only gain information but be ignited with fresh passion to run your race with focus, discipline, and endurance. This bulletin is more than a newsletter - it is a trumpet call to every believer and every leader: finish well, and leave behind a legacy worth passing on. "True success in leadership lies not in the hoarding of power but in the raising and releasing of others". May we all, at the end of our journey, hear the words that matter most: "Well done, good and faithful servant..." (Matthew 25:21).
