KiDS' partnership with the Bamenda Field Council of Churches (BFCC) to send a missionary pastor to Mamben village is another example of applied missional theology. 

The assignment is holistic, combining spiritual presence, leadership development, and strategic evaluation. The missionary is required to conduct a baseline study of church life - worship attendance, discipleship, outreach capacity - echoing the apostolic model in Acts 14:21 - 23.

The demand for permanent relocation with family reflects the incarnational essence of Jesus' ministry: mission as shared life, not short-term event.
